This appeal arises from a controversy over alimony. The wife appeals a judgment that nullified a previous judgment in her favor.

Beryl Corceller Babin and Gerald R. Babin separated in 1979. Mrs. Babin and a child born after the separation lived in Jefferson, the husband in Catahoula Parish.
