Zaborowske sued OES, Inc. for personal injuries he sustained by falling from the roof of a storage shed under construction on OES property. Appellant was employed as an apprentice electrician by Saye Electrical Contractors, Inc., an independent contractor hired by OES to install flood lights at the location.
