Section 1983 alleging that the defendants individually and together, violated his constitutional rights during the course of his suppression hearing and trial in New York State Supreme Court. As relief, plaintiff seeks monetary damages in the sum of Three Million Dollars, ($3,000,000.00) per defendant....
