This is an appeal from a judgment awarding damages to appellee (defendant below) in a suit brought by appellant as lessor (plaintiff below) to recover damages under a lease for medical office space in which appellee was the lessee. Appellant brings twenty-two points of error alleging the trial court erred in entering judgment for appellee and in not entering judgment for appellant.
