This is an appeal by the defendant-appellant, Safeway Sanitation Service, Inc., from a judgment entered on a jury verdict by the circuit court of Audrain County in favor of the plaintiffs for $6,000 representing that percentage of defendant-appellant's relative fault in an action for wrongful death brought by plaintiffs against the appellant and two other defendants as joint tortfeasors.
