JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

Noel Cesar Campos-Asencio (Campos) appeals his conviction for illegal reentry into the United States after deportation. 8 U.S.C. § 1326. At trial, the district court denied Campos' motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that he lacked counsel at his prior deportation hearing. Because a recent Supreme Court case has changed this Circuit's law on the viability of such challenges, we reverse and remand so that the district court may...
