HUSPENI, Judge.

The jury in this wrongful death action returned a special verdict finding that appellant Country Club Market had been negligent and that its negligence had caused the death of Sara Bahl. The jury also found that Ms. Bahl was not negligent. Appellant moved to have the verdict set aside or for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV).
