This is an action for age discrimination under Law 100 of June 30, 1959, as amended, 29 L.P.R.A. Section 146, in which plaintiff alleges he was dismissed from his position as Regional Sales Manager because of his age. Plaintiff invokes our diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Section 1332.
