Appellant Gregory Franson was convicted of aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, and receiving stolen property. On the first two counts, both severity level VII offenses with presumptive sentences of 65 months, he was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of 100 months each. The other two counts were merged.
