This is an action by plaintiff Alma E. Peck challenging an Industrial Commission order denying him permanent total disability benefits. We reverse and remand.

While employed by Eimco Processing Equipment Company as an industrial maintenance mechanic, Peck suffered two compensable industrial injuries which resulted in permanent physical impairment. The first injury, on September 12, 1980, required surgery on Peck's right knee...
