Appellant Kevin Kennedy appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss this paternity action. Kennedy's motion asserted that the court lacked personal jurisdiction over him because he is a resident of Montana, and because there are insufficient contacts with the State of Minnesota concerning the issue before the court.
