WATKINS, Judge.

William E. Bracken, III, was indicted by the East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury for aggravated rape and aggravated burglary in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and 60, respectively. Defendant pled not guilty to both charges. Thereafter, the defense filed motions to suppress physical evidence and any confession or inculpatory statement. The trial court denied the motions. Defendant withdrew his former not guilty pleas and pled guilty to an amended charge...
