OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

William Francis Dye was convicted of second degree murder and his conviction was affirmed by the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1983. State v. Dye, 333 N.W.2d 642 (Minn.1983). Dye petitioned for postconviction relief. The postconviction court denied the motion and Dye appealed. We affirm.
