Defendant-appellant Tanya Mann ("Mann") was found guilty of aiding and abetting another to knowingly, with intent to defraud, have possession of "device-making equipment" in a manner affecting interstate commerce. See 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(4) (Supp. III 1985) (underlying crime) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1982) (aiding and abetting).
