This case arose from an auto accident in Rapides Parish between Dr. Blanchard Texada, driver of the first vehicle and plaintiff, Mrs. Bobbie Jenkins, driver of the second vehicle. Mrs. Jenkins' mother, co-plaintiff, Mrs. Callie Stalsby, was a passenger in Mrs. Jenkins' automobile. Defendant, Safeco Insurance Company of America, insured Doctor Texada who is now deceased.
