A jury found appellant, Alan Gettel, guilty of third degree criminal sexual conduct, Minn.Stat. § 609.344, subd. 1(b) (1985) and procuring alcoholic beverages for a minor under Minn.Stat. § 340A.503, subd. 2(1) (Supp.1985).
