This is an application for post conviction writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Art. 11.07, V.A.C.C.P.

Applicant was convicted of murder, V.T. C.A. Penal Code, § 19.02, in Cause No. 5227-D in the 32nd Judicial District Court of Nolan County.
