DUNN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment n.o.v. involving a baseball injury at the Astrodome. The jury found that the appellee was negligent in failing to warn of the danger of being struck by a baseball behind the first base dugout, and that this was the proximate cause of Karen Friedman's injury.
