Emmett Smith and Wilburn Smith sued Carew (sic) Hudson, Jr., Donna Martin Hudson, his wife, Julius B. Martin and Cordelia Stone Martin, parents of Donna Martin Hudson, over a dispute arising from an alleged contract to supply gravel allegedly entered into in September of 1984. Cordelia Stone Martin was dismissed from the suit pursuant to defense counsel's motion to dismiss all four defendants on November 14, 1985. The trial court rendered judgment...
