PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals following a judgment against him in favor of plaintiff for $5,207.33 in a court-tried case. We reverse.

Defendant is a cattle buyer for meat packing companies, including McCabe Packing Co. in Illinois. He also transports cattle for various packing companies, including McCabe.
