Allied Bank of Texas appeals from a judgment requiring it to pay damages to Plaza DeVille Associates for fraud and to Plaza Associates for fraud, breach of contract and negligence. The judgment also subordinated Allied's liens on certain property to those of various mechanics and materialmen under the theory of equitable subordination.
