This is an action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, §§ 701, et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., for sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge.

The plaintiff was terminated on November 21, 1984. She alleges that her dismissal was an act of unlawful retaliation because of her reports of sexual harassment. Fleetguard, Inc., denies the plaintiff's claims...
