Peter Schneckenburger, III (Schneckenburger) appeals a decision of the Commission on Ethics for Public Employees (the Commission), which held that he violated LSA-R.S. 42:1111(C)(2)(d) and 42:1113(A) of the Code of Ethics for Governmental Employees.
