Carter appeals from the orders entered by the trial court on his motions filed pursuant to Rule 3.850, Fla.R.Crim.P. We reverse.

Carter was convicted in July 1985 of trafficking in cannabis, which offense was committed on 14 November 1982. The conviction was affirmed in Carter v. State, 491 So.2d 1146 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986).
