The appellant, Artie Lee Mayfield, was tried by jury and convicted of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property (21 O.S. 1981 § 1713), in Muskogee County District Court, Case No. CRF-83-484, before the Honorable Lyle Burris, Associate District Judge.
