JUSTICE, Chief Judge.

On July 15, 1987, this court ordered that the defendant pay plaintiffs' counsel $144,712.70 as partial interim attorney's fees. That sum represented the lodestar payment to which plaintiffs' attorneys, Nell Hahn, Esquire, and Martha Owen, Esquire, were entitled.
