OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

This appeal is from an order directing a verdict which dismissed claims for breach of contract and legal malpractice. Appellant claims the trial court erred because he presented evidence establishing a prima facie case for both claims. Appellant also claims the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion for a new trial. Respondent requests reasonable attorney fees on appeal. We affirm.
