Ronald Goldberg was convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on three counts of wire fraud, under 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and § 2, and three counts of causing the transportation of stolen property in interstate or foreign commerce, under 18 U.S.C. § 2314 and § 2. These offenses were committed while Goldberg was imprisoned at the State Correctional Institution...
