MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:

After being fired from his employment as a post office custodian, Blane Carter brought suit alleging handicap discrimination under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794. The district court granted summary judgment against Carter. Carter is handicapped by asthma. He concedes that he is unable to perform the duties of a custodian.
