OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

Cathie Hatch, a homeowner, appeals the decision of the trial court in a mechanic's lien case brought by George Gardner of Gardner Plumbing. The trial court found that Hatch had contracted with Gardner for plumbing work, that Gardner's charges for the work performed were fair and reasonable, and that Gardner was entitled to payment. The court entered judgment for Gardner in the amount of $2,643.85 plus $1,227.80 for attorney's fees...
