On appeal defendant contends that the trial court erred: (1) in denying his motion to quash the bill of information charging him as a multiple offender on the basis that the multiple offender proceeding was unduly delayed; and (2) in its conclusion that defendant was adequately boykinized in the earlier offense used as a basis for his adjudication as a multiple...
