CRAIN, Judge.
This is a dental malpractice action which resulted in a jury verdict in favor of defendant, Dr. Hunter, and judgment was rendered accordingly. On appeal, we held that although the trial court improperly excluded expert testimony with respect to the standard of care applicable to Dr. Hunter, its exclusion was not so prejudicial that its admission would have resulted in a favorable judgment for plaintiff.
