The plaintiffs, Peter and Susan Smiciklas, appeal a jury verdict which dismissed their claims for personal injury and related relief from the head-on collision of two 18-wheelers. Joining in the appeal are Smiciklas's employer and workers comp carrier. The defendant, Gary Champion, was found free of fault in the collision.
