Baker Domes (Baker) sued Gary E. Wolfe and Marty Burns-Wolfe (hereafter Wolfe) alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Baker Domes also sued Wolfe's bank, Wayzata Bank and Trust (Bank) as a third-party beneficiary of the loan agreement between the Bank and Wolfe. Wolfe denied breaching the contract and counter-claimed, alleging breach of contract on the part of Baker Domes with resulting damages. The trial court found...
