Plaintiffs George Herman Downs, Steven Michael Downs, and Edward Downs (the Downs) appeal a judgment awarding defendant Richard Garay, Jr. (Garay) $100 in compensatory damages and $1,000 in punitive damages on a counterclaim for assault and battery.
