NORRIS, Judge.

The juvenile, R.C. Jr., was charged by petition with the delinquent act of attempted aggravated rape of a five-year old child, LSA-R.S. 14:27, 42. The state prepared and tendered for admission at the adjudication hearing a videotaped interview of the victim in accordance with LSA-R.S. 15:440.5. At the first part of the hearing, the victim took the stand but refused to testify about particulars of the alleged incident either on direct or on cross-examination...
