This appeal is from a trial court order denying appellant's motion for amended findings and, in the alternative, a new trial. Appellant claims the trial court abused its discretion under Minn.R.Civ.P. 59.01 because (1) the verdict regarding valuation of the partnership is not justified by the evidence, (2) the verdict was contrary to law regarding misrepresentation and failure to credit appellant interest on his contribution...
