The plaintiff, Mr. William W. Robinson, appeals an adverse judgment in this suit against the defendant, Mr. William Joseph Hardy, Jr., to recover for injuries received on or about August 17, 1984, when the plaintiff was struck in the face by a blow delivered by the defendant. The defendant reconvened seeking compensation for physical injuries, mental stress, embarrassment and humiliation resulting from the incident. The trial judge rejected the demands...
