Defendants appeal from their convictions for burglary, raising the same issue on appeal. Citing Arabie v. State, 699 P.2d 890 (Alaska App. 1985), each defendant asks this court to adopt an analysis of the New Mexico burglary statutes that would preclude his conviction for burglary.
