The appellant, Leonard Anderson, seeks review of an Unemployment Appeals Commission order affirming the denial of his claim for unemployment benefits. We reverse.

After the appellant was discharged for fighting on the job, he filed a claim for unemployment compensation benefits. The Division of Unemployment Compensation determined benefits were not payable because, under section 443, Florida Statutes (1985), the appellant's discharge was for misconduct...
