This appeal questions whether the trial court had jurisdiction over an action alleging violations of the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Act, the Minnesota Administrative Procedure Act, and the Minnesota antitrust statute. Appellants, certain rehabilitation consultants and certain injured employees, appeal from a summary judgment that dismissed their case for lack of jurisdiction.
