The government has brought a thirteen count indictment1 against defendants Gerald Drasen, Anthony Aleo, and Cynthia Aleo. Specifically, Gerald Drasen is charged with unlawfully dealing in short-barrel rifles, aiding and abetting in the transfer of short-barrel rifles, and possessing various machinegun receivers, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861.
