OPINION

JONES, Judge.

The appellants, Donald Jenkins and Edward Black, were convicted of possessing marijuana with intent to sell in violation of T.C.A. § 39-6-417(a) and possessing a sawed-off shotgun in violation of T.C.A. § 39-6-1713. The trial court granted Black's post-trial motion for judgment of acquittal, acquitting Black of possessing the sawed-off shotgun. After a sentencing hearing the trial judge sentenced Black to a term of three years...
