This appeal comes to us from a judgment of the Lake County District Court dismissing appellants Walter and Lilia Egeland's personal injury suit against respondents State of Minnesota and its employee Keith Arthur Olsen. The district court dismissed the Egelands' suit on the ground that Walter Egeland was, as a matter of law, a state employee, and thus the exclusive remedy provision of the Workers' Compensation Act, Minn.Stat. § 176.031...
