MULLARKEY, Justice.

The Supreme Court Grievance Committee has recommended that the respondent, James L. Mayer, an attorney licensed to practice in Colorado since 1978, be suspended from the practice of law for six months. The Committee also recommends that Mayer be required to petition for reinstatement after his suspension pursuant to C.R.C.P. 241.22(b) and that, during the reinstatement proceeding, he should be required to prove not only that he is rehabilitated...
