We granted the petition of defendant Charles Paul Mussehl for review of a decision of the court of appeals that affirmed his convictions of two counts of assault in the first degree, burglary, and the possession of a firearm by a felon. State v. Mussehl, 396 N.W.2d 865 (Minn.App.1986). The appeal raises issues relating to whether the prosecutor improperly discouraged witnesses from talking with a defense investigator...
