MEMORANDUM OPINION

STANLEY S. HARRIS, District Judge.

This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), under which an individual seeking disability benefits under the Social Security Act may seek judicial review of a final decision denying or terminating such benefits.1 The plaintiff was denied disability benefits on January 28, 1986. She now moves for summary reversal of that decision,
