This is a medical malpractice suit against the estate of a pediatrician, Samuel S. Morrison, II, M.D. (Dr. Morrison).1 The plaintiff, Trygve Lincoln Gaalaas, was born on July 4, 1970. Dr. Morrison saw the baby for the first time two hours after the baby's birth.
