OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal by the defendants, Luis Payano and Felipe Estrada, from judgments of convictions of robbery entered in the Superior Court. Following motions for new trial, which were denied, both defendants were sentenced to fifty years at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI), of which fifteen were suspended and thirty-five were required to be served. Both the defendants were given fifteen years of probation...
