MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BARRINGTON D. PARKER, Senior District Judge:

Counsel for defendant Christobal Rodriguez has moved the Court to reconsider its ruling and order entered on May 19, 1987, rejecting a challenge to the execution of the warrant to search the premises, 1368 Quincy Street, N.W. Defendant's counsel argues that the police officers who executed the search warrant violated the provisions of Title 18 U.S.C. § 3109.1
